I have walked the road of high-achievement and hard lessons. I have tried multiple business, built several verticals, and lead a successful company over 100 employees.
From rental startups to a thriving construction-tech company, I have raised capital, worked with JV partners, and climbed fast — but I have also crumbled under pressure, battled burnout, and lost sight of myself in the process.
As a South Asian woman, wife, and mother, I have felt the weight of juggling cultural expectations and personal ambition. And I know I am not alone — women entrepreneurs across all backgrounds often carry too much, push too hard, and it often comes at the cost of their well-being, peace of mind, and sense of self.
I used to wonder: Is there a better way? What if we could build businesses in a way that honors our minds, our rhythms, and our capacity to lead with both strength and softness? What if we learned to say no without guilt, trust ourselves deeply, and design a life and business that reflects who we really are?
